Wardrobe Cutlist Calculator

Enter your wardrobe dimensions and configuration. Get a full parts list, optimised cut list, and material summary — ready to take to the workshop.

How to use this tool
  1. Choose your units — mm or cm, at the top of Dimensions. Everything you type uses that unit — the cut list itself always prints in mm for the workshop.
  2. Enter the carcass — on Dimensions, set the wardrobe height, width, depth and board thickness. These drive every panel size.
  3. Doors & back — set the number of doors, the door style, and whether there is a back panel.
  4. Build the sections — on Sections, lay out each internal zone: shelves, hanging rails and drawers. Add or reorder zones to match the design.
  5. Frame & panels — set any face-frame or panelling options for the look you are building.
  6. Read the results — you get a Parts List, an optimised Cut List, Zone & Material summaries, and an Edge Band Sheet, each on its own printed page.
  7. Save it (members) — log in as a Concierge member to save a cut list and reload it later from 📂 My Cutlists.
Edge Band Sheet: 1 tick on an edge = band that edge; 3 ticks = double the board (glue 2 up) then band. Tap an edge to cycle none → band → double. Tap the middle of a part to flip its grain direction. Use ⎙ Print / Save PDF to take the full list to the workshop.

Section Layout

Each section has stacked zones (hanging, shelves, drawers). Set each zone height in mm. The counter shows total vs available inner height.

Subframe / Toe Kick

FRAME STRUCTURE: Front and back rails span the full unit width, sandwiching the mid-rails. Mid-rail count is auto-calculated from unit width.
